David McGlashan

Founding Director

David founded FMV in 2002. David has extensive knowledge in the facility management industry and is highly respected by his peers. As a member of a number of industry associations, such as the Facilities Management Association of Australia (FMA), David has been directly involved in advancing residential facilities management and improving industry best practices.

Tony Basile

Director | Operations

Tony has over 20 years' experience in the facilities and building management industry including many years in the lift industry and has been with FMV since 2009. Tony holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering with specialist knowledge in lift operations and service contracts. Tony oversees operations and ensures that FMV services are delivered to the highest industry standards.

Eric Giammario

Director | Business Development

Eric joined FMV in 2010. Eric's qualifications include a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA, Executive) and a Master Degree in Project Management, Property & Construction. An experienced building manager, Eric has served on Owners Corporation Committees of Management dealing with many issues faced by the people living in multi-use high rise buildings. Eric is responsible for the growth of the business and maintaining client relationships.

Ashley Wakefield

General Manager | Operations

Ashley has worked with FMV since 2014 and has been involved in the Facility and Building Management industries for the past 17 years. He has managed some of Melbourne's most iconic residential high-rise buildings, and worked in the hospitality industry for 11 years. Ashley is an Facilities Management Association of Australia (FMA) accredited Facility Manager and licenced Real-estate Agent.
