FOUNDING DIRECTOR

David founded FMV in 2002, bringing with him extensive knowledge and experience in the facility management industry. Over the years, he has earned a strong reputation among his peers for his leadership and industry insight.

David has played a key role in advancing residential facilities management, consistently working to improve industry standards and best practices.

DIRECTOR OPERATIONS

Tony brings over 20 years of experience in the facilities and building management industry, including extensive expertise in the lift industry. He joined FMV in 2009 and has been a key contributor to the company’s ongoing success.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering and possesses specialist knowledge in lift operations and service contract management.

DIRECTOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Eric joined FMV in 2010. He has served on multiple Owners Corporation Committees of Management, giving him first-hand insight into the challenges faced by residents in multi-use high-rise buildings.

Eric holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) and a Master’s Degree in Project Management, Property & Construction.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Debraj is an accomplished operations leader with over 18 years in the Accommodation and Building Management industry. He holds multiple qualifications, including an MBA from Melbourne Business School and UCLA.

Debraj is renowned for creating efficient operational frameworks, leading high-performing teams, and delivering seamless project settlements.

GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS

Ashley has been with FMV since 2014 and brings over 17 years of experience in the Facility and Building Management industries. He has managed some of Melbourne’s most iconic residential high-rise buildings and previously spent 11 years in the hospitality industry.

Ashley is an FMA-accredited Facility Manager and a licensed Real Estate Agent.
